To respect both your time and mine, please take note of the following policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations will result in a 10% charge of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 10% of the scheduled service and will not be allowed to book future appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. All fees will be charged to the card on file via the booking system.
